Missing Link is built on a simple idea: your bike deserves proper attention from someone who genuinely cares about getting it right. No shortcuts, no upselling, no unnecessary work. Just careful, experienced hands and honest advice.
I work on road bikes, mountain bikes and eBikes of all makes and models. Unlike many workshops, I don't restrict what I'll service — if it matters to you, it matters to me.
The collection and return service exists because I know most riders are busy. Getting your bike serviced shouldn't mean losing a Saturday or reorganising your week. I collect, service, and return your bike across Worcester and the wider West Midlands.
