Service Terms

All servicing and repair work is carried out by The Missing Link (Mark Bonnes), based in Worcester, UK. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information given and an initial assessment of the bike. If additional work is needed beyond the original quote, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. No additional work will be carried out without your consent.

Collection and Return

Collection and return within WR1–5 postcodes is free of charge. For areas outside WR1–5, a small collection charge may apply depending on distance. This will be confirmed before booking.

Bikes must be accessible for collection at the agreed time and location. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work and return of the bike. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major payment methods. Parts are charged at cost plus a fair margin, and will always be discussed with you before ordering.

Warranty

All servicing work is guaranteed. If something is not right after a service, get in touch and we will sort it. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused after the service, or issues unrelated to the work carried out.

Liability

While every care is taken during servicing, collection and return, The Missing Link is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear or defects not related to the work carried out. Any concerns should be raised at the time of collection.

Bikes for Sale

All bikes and parts listed for sale are described honestly and accurately. Second-hand items are sold as seen unless otherwise stated. All bikes are checked and serviced before sale. Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.
