What bikes do you work on?
Road bikes, mountain bikes, eBikes, gravel bikes, hybrids — any bike that needs attention. Unlike some workshops, I don't restrict what I'll service to bikes I've sold.
What's the best way to get in touch?
WhatsApp is often quickest — tap the green button on this site. You can also use the contact form or call me on 07533 802374.
Do you work on bikes other shops have refused?
Often, yes. Many shops restrict what they'll work on. If your bike has been turned away elsewhere, get in touch — there's usually a solution.
Collection & Return
How does collection and return work?
I collect your bike from your home or workplace, service it in my workshop, and return it when it's ready. We arrange a time that suits you. Simple as that.
What area do you cover?
I'm based in Worcester and cover the wider West Midlands including Malvern, Droitwich, Pershore, Evesham, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Tewkesbury, Ledbury and more. If you're not sure, just ask.
Do I need to be home for collection?
Not necessarily. As long as we can agree a safe place to collect and return the bike, it can work around your schedule. We'll sort the details when you book.
eBikes
Do you work on eBikes?
Yes. I'm experienced with all major eBike systems including Bosch, Shimano Steps, Specialized and more. Many local workshops won't service eBikes they haven't sold — I will.
Pricing
How much does a service cost?
It depends on what the bike needs. Get in touch with details of your bike and what you'd like done, and I'll give you an honest quote before any work starts. No surprises.
Servicing
How long does a service take?
Most standard services are turned around within a few days. More involved work may take a bit longer, but I'll always let you know upfront and keep you updated.
Do you offer warranty on your work?
Yes. All servicing work is guaranteed. If something isn't right after a service, get in touch and I'll sort it.
Can you source parts for my bike?
Yes. I have trade accounts with major distributors and can source most parts at competitive prices. I'll always discuss parts costs with you before ordering.

Can I buy a bike from you?
I occasionally have second-hand bikes and clearance deals available. Check the Bikes for Sale page or get in touch to ask what's currently available.
